Fees Overview
Based on the scope of your trip, I charge a planning fee of $500.
This upfront fee covers my time and expertise from the initial planning phase through your travel dates. If I complete the planning and you later decide not to travel, the fee is retained for time spent.
I also ask that all reservations be booked through me, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
